Calming lemon balm and oats with demulcents are also known to be good for skin care. Scented with pure lavender essential oil.
Ingredients contain: Avena sativa (oatmeal), melissa officinalis (lemon balm), humulus lupulus (hops), valeriana officinalis (valerian), lavendula angustifolia (lavender essential oil).

Directions: Steep the bath bag in hot running bath water and relax in the bath for ten minutes. (If a stronger infusion is preferred, put bag in a teapot, add boiled water, let stand for 5 minutes and add all to bath water.) For external use only.
